Plumbworks started with a van, a phone and a simple idea: if you're going to pull somebody's bathroom apart, you'd better know what you're doing and leave it looking better than you found it. A few hundred jobs later that's still the rule.
We work almost entirely on word-of-mouth from customers across Hull and the surrounding villages. Facebook tells one story — 4,400-plus followers and a 98% recommendation rating — but the best story is usually the one the neighbours tell when they come round.

You get an itemised quote and a written scope, so you know exactly what's in and what's not — before a single tile lands.
Build
Start date booked. Floors protected, tidy-up every evening. We handle the trades — you just make us the tea.
Hand over
Walk-through, snag list, sealed and signed off. Keep our number for the first leaking tap in five years' time.
